More North Korean diplomatic crap

In a rather unprecedented forum held in Washington D.C., North Korean official Park Gil Yon said North Korea would be willing to give up its nuclear program “if certain conditions are met to end the U.S. hostile policy.” No word on whether those conditions included U.S. President George Bush tossing Kim Jong-il’s salad, but we do know that North Korean U.S. Vice-ambassador Han Song Ryol (who also attended the forum) said North Korea’s HEU program would not be included — because North Korea has no such program, of course, and anyone who says it does is a U.S. imperialist/Japanese militarist running dog lacky — and Pyongyang would keep nuclear facilities for peaceful energy production.
