it’s ugly
how they call change from small house to APT as a new development
it’s raising various problems in seoul
like lack of sun(important for Vit D formation)
they don’t even have enough equipment in case of fire.
these APT were built quite quick so no one is sure for it’s long term maintenace and many seoulites are suffering from new house syndrome(mainly APT used materials which were chemically toxic)
finally the most serious factor would be a influence for the child
i don’t think it would be nice for them emotionally growing up in strick same environment wouldn’t allow them various ideas
