		<description>It shocked me when I first found out that every seat in parliament was open this election. That means in theory you could have 299 new representatives, however unlikely that is, 188 is still quite a drastic change. 

Does anyone know if they have ever considered staggering the parliamentary elections to keep things a little more stable?</description>
