Two parliamentary candidates in lovely Mun-gyeong, North Gyeongsang Province have been busted for campaign violations. A certain Mr. Shin of the GNP got caught buying food and drink for voters in a certain pub (Korean: soju-bang) in Jeomchon-dong last November, while another Mr. Shin (unattached to any party) was charged with premature campaigning when he met with taxi drivers in Mojeon-dong (where I used to live) last month and asked for their support.
