It must have been a terrible winter up there and this is a major concession for them. I also congratualte the Bush administration for having the balls to deal with them in the only manner Koreans understand, strength. I would support a limited return to the 1994 Framework and no more. The Norks have to learn that it cannot gain from creating crisis after crisis. Whether the Norks are serious about anything is an open question but it does seem that the pressure applied to them is having the desired effect.
