Jeon Ji-Hyun Beats Lee Hyo-lee in Battle of the Backsides

“I’ve got the best bum!”

Top stars Jeon Ji-hyun and Lee Hyo-lee recently faced off in a heated “Battle of the Butts.” The struggle took its cue from the recent “Best Body” fad making waves among Korean Internet users.

In the first round of this “Clash of the Keisters,” Jeon finished on top after a closely-fought battle, or so says a survey conducted by casual clothes brand EXR, MyClub, and Good Diet that asked participants, “Which entertainer has the sexiest rear-end?” Lasting 10 days, the survey netted 29,467 responses, and with 41 percent “back”ing Jeon Ji-hyun, she ascends the “Best Bum” throne, beating out Lee Hyo-lee, who was able to garner only 30 percent support.

Meanwhile, it was a brutal struggle in the men’s section, too, with two of the country’s most popular entertainers — Kwon Sang-woo and Rain — facing off in “rump rumble” of their own. Kwon barely managed to beat out Rain with a grand vote total of 11,020 (37 percent) to 9,488.

The head of a well-known plastic surgery clinic in Seoul’s Apgujeong-dong put it this way: “Jeon Ji-hyun’s and Kwon Sang-woo’s buttocks, from a medical perspective, are quite unusual, statistically speaking.” This would seem to lead credibility to the questionnaire’s results.

    Funny the subject of Hyo-lee’s ass has come up. I was just reading an article on Baby Vox going hip-hop (I think it was in the Korean Herald website) that noted Hyo-lee wore a little rump-padding to give her more of that J. Lopez look. If so, shouldn’t this disqualify her from this competition? I expect nothing less than Grade A investigative journalism from you on this one.
