It is true that, like Black people in the U. S., Coreans had been slaves of Asia in the past: of China for 3,000 years, of Mongol for 150 years, and of Japan for 36 years, etc. As a result, other Asian people still despise and look down on Coreans as an inferior nation....

BUT, Today's Corea is free (independent in 1945), and GREAT (good economy). In the past, we might have been slaves and comfort women and had nothing to be proud of. BUT NOW Hyundai cars and Corean IT and Samsung mobile phones are the BEST QUALITY and MOST POPULAR in the world!!!

(posted by a hateful and condescending japanese, of this next generation, unaffected by WWII, the leaders of tomorrow) the superiority complex of japan is still strong, the next generation is well aware of it, though not well aware of the truth is well armed with the necessary knowledge to keep korea 'down a notch'! Aren't those japanese so lovable?

Another chinese and japanese view:

Korean people have been known as the slave of Asia throughout the past thousands of years.

While it is true that Koreans had never experienced full-fledged independence until the 20th century, during certain periods Koreans were allowed to have a little sovereignty in their locality.

During such periods Koreans sent their women and children as tributes to their master nations such as China and Japan.

This is partly because Koreans could not produce anything else of much value that their masters could enjoy. So they had to give away their virgin daughters to please the masters.

Sex slavery is in fact a Korean tradition.

The current from a 22 year old Japanese female living in the 21st century.
"Koreans are the most mixed race of the world
because Korea has been invaded, colonized, and
enslaved for the majority of the past 5000 years.

During that time Korean women have been constantly
raped and impregnated by their masters such as Chinese,
Japanese, Mongols, and Americans.

The end product is todays's Koreans.

Many African Americans also have Caucasian
blood in them because their grandmothers were
sex slaves and had been raped by their white
masters.

Same with Koreans."

Even though:According to DNA Analysis.
Current Japanese are mixture of

1 Japanese 5%
2 Korean 24%
3 Chinese 25%
4 Ainu(Native Northern Japanese) 8%
5 Okinawan(Native Southern Japanese) 16%
6 Other (mostly south american)21%
Total only 5% japanese

Koreans DNA is
1.Korean 41%
2.Chinese 22%
3.Ainu 1.5%
4.Okinawan 17%
5.Other (mostly russian) 19%
Total korean 41%

Yes, the future is in good hands.

"It's not a coincident that both Koreans and Africans, being ex-slaves in their respective area, like to make up those kinds of nonsense. This behavior is a compensatory mechanism of psychology common to people with such background to save self-esteem from their miserable existence, past and present, that they are so embarrassed of.

Both of them have little in their old history that the rest of the world could recognize any worth in. So they have to claim that the great world-famous tradition of other nations such as Samurai actually has origin in their culture, and thereby indirectly infer that they also have great rich tradition. You might remember that Koreans also claim that Samurai originally came from Korea, called Musa.

Another prime example is ancient civilization. Koreans like to brag that they had the world's oldest civilization called Tangun some 5,000 years ago. Some African American nationalists also claim that Egyptian civilization was actually founded by black people. Neither claim is taken seriously but among those delusional urinara manse Koreans and radical African nationalists themselves.

Another example. Black muslims claim that human beings were originally all black men, and only later did white men branch off from them. Koreans also like to insist that the origin of the Japanese people is Korean.

A pathetic yet somewhat sad phenomenon."

This is a quote from a japanese view on comfort women and japanese view of koreans as a 'slave' race inferring a link between 'africans' and 'koreans, essentially saying they are on the same 'level' or grouping. It also hints to some claims of africans and koreans to japan that is due to some inherent inferiority.

Korea has been invaded, colonized, and
enslaved for the majority of the past 5000 years.

"Korea has actually been pretty much independent for the vast majority of the past 5000 years. The Han conquered the northernmost part of the Korean peninsula in 108 BC, and only held it as a frontier colony for a couple of centuries. After that, it was held by the Mongols much later for, again, only about a century, and then by the Qing in the 17th century (and only as a vassal, not as a centrally-ruled territory). Korea basically became the "hermit kingdom", closing off all contact with the outside world. I'm sure that included mixed marriages. The Japanese finally occupied Korea for only a few decades in the beginning of the 20th century. The main American presence in Korea was temporary, and Japan cannot point at the permanent station of American troops in Korea as evidence of widespread racial mixing because American troops are also stationed in Japan. These hardly count as "constant" or "the majority". The Japanese under Toyotomi tried twice to invade Korea, but were unsuccessful both times. Also, this guy is forgetting that Japanese are descended from Koreans as recently as 2000 years ago."
