		<description>We should sell the Chinese, The Norks and the Iranians any piece of high tech, dual use,equipment they want. We should also plant listening, location and self destruct mechanisms in these products surreptitiously. Even if word got out that this had been done it would set their projects back a few years while they purged them of the tainted equipment. If it were known that we routinely spied this way we would surely cut demand for this equipment as well as slow their senseless weapons projects down. Maybe we could just say we did it and sit back and listen to the chatter. Leak it to the Guardian. They'll know who to contact.
