Congratulations on your marriage. I have personal experience myself of getting married in Korea and dealing with the US Embassy. From my own experiences with marrying a foriegner, help your new wife to learn English if she can't read, write, or speak it now. Help her to get her driver license, because when you get back to the US (depending on where you live) she'll be stuck at home. I'm not sure how many Mongolians there are in Korea, but I'm sure there's even less in the US. It'll be stressful once you get her back home, but good luck.
