Korea, Pakistan to Cooperate on NK Nukes?

Funny, I thought they already were - one transfers technology on uranium enrichment, while the other one provides the research funds and undermines American efforts to end the North’s nuclear program. But I guess that’s not what the Korea Times had in mind.
