Former spymaster and Russian prime minister Yevgeny Primakov’s in town, apparently on the take from the Joongang Ilbo, and had this to say during a speech at conference being held by the illustrious Korean daily:
It’s possible that North Korea will attempt to open up and reform economically like Vietnam over a long period of time
Primakov obviously needs to sit down for a drink with David Scofield while he’s in country.
