Hey! My Honeymuffin’s not that bad!

For the person who surfed on to this blog via a Google search on “Mongolian bitch” (hey look - I come out #1!), I just wanted to assure you that Solongo really isn’t all that bad. In fact, she’s quite a personable young lady once you get to know her, although for some strange reason, she’s been imitating Mickey Rourke’s take on Charles Bukowski since watching “Barfly” last afternoon, and boy, is it annoying.

that’s probably my all-time favorite drinking movie. Is there any such thing as a drinking movie?

“I can beat him ’cause I’ve got the guts…. but the guts need fuel.”

    Great film.

That’s pretty much unavoidable. Rourke’s performance is addictive. Are you sure you were’t doing it, too?

Still, my favorite line in the movie is from the hideous old man in the ghastly wife-beater T: “I don’t like you; you don’t like me. That’s just the nature of the way t’ings woik.”
