Autumn makes it to Kwangju

It’s an absolutely spectacular day here in Kwangu - blue skies with a crisp fall breeze. Jesus, I love the Korean fall. It’s only a matter of time before the mountainsides turn bright red and yellow.

And to make the day even grander, OCN had on “The Hunt for Red October” this morning - no matter how many times I watch the film, that rendition of the Soviet National Anthem never fails to give me goose-bumps.

By far the prettiest time of year there!!! The ex’s sister had a time share by Kangnung, went there one autumn long ago, and hiked on Sorak san…. so nice! Thanks for reminding me of that time…… :)
