Good Day reports that sex-use merchandise sales are soaring despite the economic downturn in Korea. By The Way convenience stores, owned by the Orion Group, sold 30% more sexually-related goods (i.e. condoms) between July and September 15 than they did during the same period last year. The stores also recorded a two fold increase in sales during rainy days, attributed to people spending more time at home when the weather turns nasty. Benaton, Coronet, and Noodle Nude condoms appeared to be the product of choice among customers in their 20s and 30s, according to the report.
Well, I guess you can’t spend all day drinking and eating p’ajeon…

There is an easy awnser for that. My wife finaly had the baby in July, by August she was “recovered”, and there is Buy the Way right by my home.
BTW, only use the Bennetton hats. They are made in Japan. (Do you really want to trust mission critical equipment to a Korean manufactor?)
You know, I used to live not far from what seems to be THE Korean condom factory in Kweson County, North Ch’ungch’ong Province (every Korean condom I’ve seen was made there, and that’s quite a few condoms). If this report is anything to go by, I’d have to imagine Kweson is a boom town by now.
Why do they assume these guys are using rubbers at home? I imagine a large percentage of these products are being used “on the other side of the street” than on the home front.
