Well, it’s reassuring to know that idiocy acknowledges no borders - Japanese peace activists light candles to marks the first anniversary of the signing of the ‘Pyongyang Declaration’ by Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and North Korean leader Kim Jong-il.
