You're right that ROTLMG was 18 movies in one. I would also have to say that the movie was a bit too "artistic" in some sense and not grounded enough. Needless to say I laughed when Dreams Come True started to play...

The Ave Maria sequence was impressive and other little things about the movie were saving graces. I just hope NC does well at the Korean Box Office. Because otherwise there is slim pickings for Sci Fi from any other country besides America.

Korean film has been moving up, up, up - they sank a ton of money into Natural City, and if the stills and trailer are anything to go by, this movie should rock. I just hope they can execute the storyline (even if it does apparently borrow quite a bit from Bladerunner) properly. They was my biggest complaint with the anime "Wonderful Days" - beautiful animation, interesting plot, but horrible execution in terms of making the story click.

As an avid Korean film lover here in the States, I too have been waiting to catch this film. Of course it will take me a little longer than those in S. Korea.

Oh yea Korean film has definitely raised itself up over the past few years. Been gaining recognition among asian film lovers over here and I must say it took me far too long to find out about it.

As for the film, the trailer itself is a thing of beauty. Let's just hope it doesn't go the way of Resurrection of Little Matchgirl (damn I used a boot) and Yesterday.

I really would like to see a Korean Sci-Fi film work.
