More meaningless talk from North Korean officials. The Korean-language E-Daily quotes Park Eui-ch’un, the North Korean ambassador to Russia, as saying, “If the United States does not want to coexist with the North and [says that] it will work to completely disarm us, then we have no reason to continue to negotiate.” The significance of this statement? Nada.
Also in the news, we have another former Clintonite running off his mouth about North Korea - this time, it’s Jack Pritchard, who managed to outdo former President Carter by calling for direct one-on-one (”knee-to-knee”?) talks with North Korea. This just gets uglier by the minute…
